John has an highly experienced career in all phases of government contracting, including a regional federal government contracting officer. Years of Capture Manager/Proposal Writing experience in government contracting; having worked both the government and the commercial side of federal contracts, having hundreds of hours of training and hundreds of million dollars of contracting experience.

Additionally, John has performed in the senior project management capacity for over $35 million in commercial owner directed project management from scope concept through all phases of budgeting, obtaining design services, and awarding competitive construction contracts, with inspection/acceptance responsibilities, invoice payments, and project closeout.

John has also trained and gained the necessary experience to receive the Senior Professional designation from the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA); his focus is mission of Design-Build Capital Project Delivery done right. Project Management through all phases is a significant skill of John and the company efforts.
